Personal Care Assistance (PCA)

Hands-on help with daily life β€” bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, medication reminders β€” from caregivers who show up on time and know your routine.

Your caregiver starts on the agreed schedule. We check in regularly, and the 24-hour line is always there in between.

Questions families ask us

Do you offer emergency care?

Yes. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and our emergency line answers 24 hours a day, every day, for current clients and their families.

Do you accept insurance or Medical Assistance?

We provide services through Medical Assistance (MA) and Minnesota waiver programs, as well as private pay. When you call, we'll help you confirm your coverage before any care starts β€” there are no surprise bills.

Can I choose my caregiver?

Yes. We match caregivers to your needs, language, and schedule, and if it isn't the right fit, we'll change it. Family members may also be eligible to become paid caregivers under some PCA programs β€” ask us how.
